TOMATO CHUTNEY Recipe by

The simplest vegetarian recipe in minutes
INGREDIENTS
Tomatoes 1 kg (remove the seeds and grind it)
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Onions 4 medium size (grounded, not soft)
Ginger paste ½ tsp
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Cumin seeds powder 2 tsp
Green peas 100 gms
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Pepper corn 1 tsp
Curry leaves 10
Oil 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan or a wok (kadhai).
Add cumin seeds (jeera), pepper corn and curry leaves.
Add onions. Fry until they get golden brown.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, green peas, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
Fry for 3 minutes.
Add grounded tomatoes and tomato paste.
Cook until the water gets evaporated.
Serve with paratha or chapatti (flat Indian bread).
