SHEER KHORMA Recipe by

It is a sweet dish which contains vermicelli with milk and dry fruit.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 10
2 liters milk (reduced to 1 litre)
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup of vermicelli (roasted)
15 gms charoli (chironji) fried
15 Almonds (paste)
15 Almonds (chopped and fried)
1 tbsp poppy seeds (paste)
1 tbsp pistachios (chopped and fried)
3 cups of Sugar
5 Cardamoms
2 tsp Rose Water
1 tsp Saffron
2 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter)
METHOD
Boil the milk with Saffron, Cardamoms, Almond paste, Poppy
seeds paste and Sugar.
Bring it to boil and then keep it on a low flame.
Heat Ghee in a utensil. Add vermicelli. Fry nicely till it gets light golden color.
Add fried Vermicelli in the milk which is already boiling.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Now gradually add condensed milk and rose water.
Garnish with fried Almonds, Pistachios and Charoli.
