MEAT GREEN MASALARecipe by

Among green dishes it is fresh, gingery and exclusively good for breakfast when served with parathas (flat bread).
INGREDIENTS
½ kg meat
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp onion paste
1 tsp coriander powder
6 green chilies
15 whole black peppers
1 small bunch of coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 lemon

1 tsp ginger paste

METHOD
Grind green chilies, coriander leaves and whole black peppers into a fine paste*.
Heat oil in a cooker, add the above paste* and fry for five minutes.
Add meat and fry for ten minutes.
Add a glass of water and cover it to cook until the meat gets tender.
Add lemon juice.
Serve with Roti (flat bread) or with rice.
You can use the same spices and the above mentioned method for potatoes and mince (keema).
