FISH CURRY Recipe by

There are hundreds of fish curry recipes but this spicy one tells a new saga unheard.
INGREDIENTS
1 kg fish
2 tsp onion paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin seed powder
2 tbsp coconut paste
3 tomatoes ground (paste)
1 tbsp tamarind paste
Salt to taste
½ tsp cumin seeds
5 whole black peppers
2 dry whole red chillies
1 small onion (cut into julienne)
2 tbsp cooking oil
15 curry leaves
METHOD
First heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, whole black peppers, whole red chillies.
After 2 minutes add onion until it turns into golden brown.
Then add curry leaves.
Now mix the above mixture* and fry.
Add coconut paste and tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes.
Add tamarind paste and cook until it gets boiled.
Now add fish and keep it on a low flame for 20 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies.
Serve with plain rice.
